RETURN AND REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Your product is eligible for Return & Refund/Exchange only if the product delivered is incorrect and different from the order placed or has any manufacturing defect. Refund/Exchange will be initiated once the received product has undergone our quality check. Returned items must not be worn, washed or altered and should have all the tags intact. Harsh Amber holds the right to refuse any Return if the product does not comply with the above. The products purchased on sale/discount cannot be returned & refunded/exchanged. Refunds/exchange will be initiated within 15-30 days of receiving the products back.
Accessories and Rakhi Hampers are not returnable.
Orders can be cancelled/refunded only if informed within 2 hours of placing order. Products ordered on sale/discount cannot be cancelled and refunded. Refunds will be initiated withing 3 working days. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account varies according to your bank/geographical location. Harsh Amber holds every right to cancel an order, at any point of time/for any reason whatsoever, in which case, a refund will be issued to the customer.
The products can only be altered depending on the limitations of the product and availability of trims at a pre-decided cost which will be shared once the request of alteration is raised with us over email at email@example.com within 48 hours from the time it has been delivered.
